The Most Effective Long Lasting Allergy Treatment
Spectrum Veterinary isn’t just known for it’s sensitive and specific testing assay but has also made a name for our comprehensive approach to treatment. Since there is no known “cure” for allergies and the prospect of avoiding all the things your patients react to is unrealistic, we turn to hyposensitization to help us most effectively manage pet’s allergies.
We now offer two delivery methods for hyposensitization: subcutaneous injections and sublingual drops depending on the patient. Our hyposensitization treatment sets are manufactured in our USDA labs, now available in two different delivery methods.
The Most Effective Allergy Test Ever
The R&D Department at Spectrum Veterinary has analyzed each testing system available closely and combined the most reliable aspects of each method to bring you SPOT Platinum, the most reliable and advanced in-vitro testing available. Since our test measures the allergen-specific IgE, patients do NOT need to be taken off steroids, Apoquel, Cytopoint or antihistamines prior to testing – since research has shown that at normal therapeutic doses they do not affect IgE levels. By partnering a very sensitive assay with the industry’s most comprehensive treatment protocol, Spectrum Veterinary has achieved the highest improvement rates possible (up to 90%).
The Spot Platinum canine and feline assay represents the most comprehensive allergy testing available, with a total of 91 of the most common allergens in your region, including grasses, trees, weeds and shrubs, common indoor allergens, the 24 most common commercial pet food ingredients, as well as flea, staph and malassezia. Special allergens are available upon request.
As a Spectrum Veterinary client, you will have access to our client access portal. This requires manual verification to ensure it is exclusive for veterinarians and their clinics.
Inside the portal you are able to pay invoices, print results, order treatment, access protected documents, order refills, and much more.
Compliance is a major concern when dealing with allergy hyposensitization. In order for our treatment to be effective, it is best to follow a carefully regimented injection schedule.
We have many available tools for pet owner’s to help ensure compliance, including our brand new app, available for Apple IOS and Android phones. In the app your patient’s can generate an easy to follow schedule of injections, receive push notifications when it’s time for an injection, instant access to support videos, and much more.
The problem: You have a client who has tested their pets before via a “similar” method to the SPOT test, but had less than great results. How can you get them to make the investment again?
Our solution? Do the retesting at no charge with Spectrum’s complimentary retest program!
What better way for us to put our money where our mouth is? Find out why thousands of vets around the world trust Spectrum Veterinary’s SPOT Platinum exclusively for their allergy management needs, totally risk free! Let us SHOW you why we’re great, at no cost. Please note clinics are limited to 5 retests total.
